The role

The agronomy internship at Ramo puts you directly into field operations and R&D projects related to cultivated willows. You work alongside agronomists, technicians, and the scientific team.

It is a field and data internship: monitoring experimental plots, characterizing soils, building georeferenced databases, and helping plan field activities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor willow plantings and experimental environmental-engineering plots
  • Participate in agronomic R&D projects, including fertilization trials
  • Characterize soil properties and biomass yields
  • Build georeferenced field databases
  • Support the planning and monitoring of agricultural activities

What we are looking for

  • Student in agronomy, plant science, or soil science
  • Interest in willow-based phytotechnologies
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness, and creativity
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Assets: GIS experience (QGIS), scouting, research, valorization of fertilizing residuals, irrigation, and English
