Project Manager – Evaplant

As a Project Manager – Evaplant Profile, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of Evaplant projects, overseeing the entire process: from technical design to commissioning, including budget management and client follow-up. You will also contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients.

Job Description:

At Ramo, we’re developing Evaplant, an innovative technology that uses willows to manage and treat wastewater in an ecological way. We’re looking for a passionate Project Manager who can skillfully juggle hydraulic plans, budgets, piping systems, and client relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize: prepare and present service proposals to clients, develop pricing, design technical schematics, and define project timelines.
  • Manage budgets: prepare, monitor, and adjust project costs.
  • Supervise and coordinate: oversee the installation of Evaplant systems, manage suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure quality and compliance.
  • Communicate and develop: advise clients, build trusting relationships, and contribute to the growth of Evaplant projects.
  • Continuously improve: lead project debriefs and suggest optimization opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry or client events.

    Desired Profile

    • Degree in engineering, environmental science, civil engineering, water engineering, or any related field.
    • Relevant experience in managing technical projects (ideally in hydraulics, water treatment, or environmental sectors).
    • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.).
    • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and organizational ability.
    • Leadership, autonomy, and a strong interest in sustainable solutions.

      Schedule

      • Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
