Our company is unique — we grow willows and build fences and noise barriers with them. We even make mulch out of them! We manage our business based on trust, accountability, and good old common sense.
Who are we?
We believe we can play a key role in fighting climate change and improving the quality of our environment. We grow depolluting plants that can be used to treat wastewater, restore degraded sites, and sequester carbon as they grow. In short, we love solving environmental challenges by cultivating millions of trees. Within a circular economy approach, we grow willows that, once harvested, are transformed into high-value products that, in turn, address various environmental issues—such as urban noise, depleted soils, and shoreline erosion. As you can see, Ramo’s ecosystem goes far beyond water treatment.

Work environment
Office located in Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan (30 minutes north of Montreal, in the opposite direction of traffic). Open, collaborative, and dynamic work environment. Frequent travel. Vegetable garden for employees during the summer. Opportunity to participate in sports during lunch breaks (jogging or other activities in the summer, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter).
Flexible schedule (full-time/part-time)
Home internet, office equipment provided for remote working
Work according to the candidate’s choice (on-site or remote) except for certain team meetings
We’re looking for a motivated person to join our team to showcase our trees and eco-products on social media, launch digital campaigns, and manage our online community. If you enjoy graphic design, photography, or even video production, that’s a big plus!
