On the willow floor, you will be responsible for:<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

  • Performing preventive maintenance and modifications on agricultural equipment;<\/li>\n
  • Diagnosing problems and determining the necessary repairs;<\/li>\n
  • Repairing agricultural and other equipment;<\/li>\n
  • Operating agricultural machinery when needed (soil preparation, willow planting, soil fertilization, willow harvesting);<\/li>\n
  • Keeping a detailed logbook of your mechanical and agricultural activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

      \n
    • 2 or more years of experience in mechanics and\/or tractor and agricultural machinery operation;<\/li>\n
    • Valid driver\u2019s license \u2013 Class 5 (Class 1 or 3 is an asset);<\/li>\n
    • Ability to learn quickly;<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to work outdoors and availability for overtime when required;<\/li>\n
    • Resourceful and autonomous;<\/li>\n
    • Ability to reorganize and take action when faced with unexpected challenges;<\/li>\n
    • Attention to quality \u2014 our willows grow faster when they\u2019re well taken care of!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      It\u2019s a plus if you have:<\/b><\/p>\n

      • DEP in Agricultural Mechanics;<\/li>\n
      • Training as a Heavy Equipment Operator;<\/li>\n
